Two Oregon Junior Golfers to Compete in 2018 Drive, Chip and Putt Finals

AUGUSTA, GA. - Two Oregon residents and Oregon Junior Golf participants are slated to participate in this year's Drive, Chip and Putt finals at Augusta National Golf Club on Sunday, April 1st.

Elise Deschaine (Portland, Ore.) and Cassie Kennon (Bandon, Ore.) qualified for the 2018 national finals last year through a rigorous qualifying schedule. Deschaine, a freshman at Central Catholic High School in Portland, will compete in the Girls 14-15 Division, while Kennon will be in the Girls 10-11 Division.

Both Deschaine and Kennon are Oregon Junior Golf competitors, with numerous successes at OJG events thus far in their short careers.

The 2018 Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals will take place Sunday, April 1st at Augusta National, with coverage on the Golf Channel beginning at 5 AM PST.
