Two more OGA Championships have been confirmed for 2018 in the past few weeks:
35th Oregon Senior Men's Amateur Championship: Sept. 4-7, 2018, Illahe Hills Country Club (Salem, Ore.)
91st OGA Men's Team Championships: Sept. 29-30, 2018, Black Butte Ranch (Black Butte Ranch, Ore.)
Illahe Hills, located on the hills in southwest Salem, will host its third Oregon Senior Men's Amateur, and first since 2006 (it also hosted the event in 1990). In last year's Senior Men's Amateur, Bob Harrington (Portland, Ore.) won his first Senior Amateur title. He was also the first player not named Pat O'Donnell and Scott Hval to win the Oregon Senior Men's Amateur since 2009.
Black Butte Ranch has been busy hosting OGA events the past few years -- In 2016, the Glaze Meadow Course hosted the 107th Oregon Amateur Championship, while last year, the Big Meadow Course served as host for the 2nd Oregon Amateur Four-Ball Championship. This year will mark the first time the facility has hosted the Men's Team Championship. In 2017, the squad representing Columbia Edgewater Country Club won the event for the first time since 2011.
The final three OGA Championships that have yet to be confirmed for 2018 - the Oregon Public Links, the Four Ball and OGA Tour Championships - will be finalized within a few weeks.
